Return Policy
Due to the nature of research-grade peptide compounds and strict quality control requirements, Tidez maintains a highly limited return policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy
All sales of research compounds are considered final upon shipment. Because Tidez Products are research-grade chemical compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored Products under any circumstances. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of our supply chain and to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances:
- Any opened or unsealed Product
- Any Product that has been removed from its original packaging
- Any Product that has been stored improperly or outside of recommended conditions
- Any Product purchased more than 7 days prior to the return request
- Any Product where the seal, cap, or tamper-evident packaging has been disturbed
- Digital downloads, COA documents, or research materials
3. Eligible Returns
Tidez will consider return or replacement requests only under the following limited circumstances:
- The Product arrived visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling
- The wrong Product was shipped due to a Tidez fulfillment error
- The Product arrived with a broken seal or compromised packaging through no fault of the buyer
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Tidez reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, contact us at support@tidez.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the following in your request:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the Product and packaging showing the defect or damage
Do not return any Product without first receiving written authorization from Tidez. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Refunds
Approved returns may result in a replacement Product or store credit at Tidez's sole discretion. Cash or credit card refunds are issued only in cases of verified Tidez fulfillment error. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of return approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Tidez error.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. To request a cancellation, contact support@tidez.com immediately after placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Research Compliance
Any returned Product must be accompanied by a signed declaration confirming that the Product has not been used, opened, or tampered with, and that it has been stored in accordance with recommended conditions. Tidez reserves the right to inspect returned Products and refuse any return that does not meet these standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tidez's liability in connection with any Product defect or return shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product in question. Tidez shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from product defects or shipping issues.
