Shipping Policy
Tidez ships research-grade peptide compounds within the United States only. All shipments are made in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of research chemical compounds.
1. Domestic Shipping
Tidez ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories where permitted by law. We do not ship internationally at this time. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the receipt and possession of research compounds is legal in their state or territory.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Shipping promotions are subject to change without notice.
4. Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no external labeling that identifies the contents as research compounds. Products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit.
5. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Tidez is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order. Tidez is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@tidez.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Tidez reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction where we have reason to believe the Products may be used in violation of applicable law or our Terms of Service. Research compounds may be subject to additional scrutiny or restrictions by carriers or customs authorities.
9. Research Compliance Notice
All Products shipped by Tidez are labeled for research use only. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the receipt, possession, and use of shipped Products complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Tidez assumes no liability for any legal consequences arising from the buyer's receipt or use of Products.
